Community Benefits

We need a legally enforceable CBA (Community Benefits Agreement) with penalties to hold the team and developer accountable. The CBA must keep the community involved throughout the development of the site.

The Team has committed to $50 million over 30 years in exchange for billions in taxpayer dollars. We deserve better.
