Kingman Park September Meetup
In such a fraught time for our city, enjoy #TheRealDC at the second Kingman Park Meetup. Join for a celebration of our community. We’ll have a few lawn games, postcard making (of your RFK vision), a cookie exchange, and more. Bring your own lawn games, a picnic blanket or chair, a dozen cookies if you want to participate in the exchange, and plenty of water. Family friendly and dog friendly. (Dogs must be on-leash.)
🌳BEFORE: Our community’s heritage trees are at risk of being cut down. Sign the Casey Trees petition here.
🎗️DURING: Bring ribbon or other biodegradable decorations to help us mark these trees as a critical part of our home.
